POSM to not show out of stock items on product page

Upgrading to 2.2.1 and trying to have POSM not show out of stock items on product page when using the dropdown menu for product selection. It currently displays all product variants whether in stock or out of stock.

PHP 8.4

Changed Dependent Attributes: Outer Selector to #productAttributes as recommended and it worked.

Just noticed that the same issue of out of stock items showing on the product page on the mobile menu. Items are being disabled when the last one is purchased though. Everything works fine on the desktop.
Is there maybe a setting in the mobile menu for this?

Just make sure that your customized template is using the same "wrapper" (i.e. #productAttributes) for the mobile/tablet view as well as the desktop.

Both includes/templates/mytemplate/css/responsive_mobile.css and responsive_tablet.css files have #productAttributes under the .navNextPrevWrapper. Should I be looking elsewhere as well?

It's not the CSS, it's whether/not the generated HTML still has an id=productAttributes div wrapping the attributes' section.

The site is using a clone of Responsive_Classic and the files match the current distribution for 2.2.2.

Both the RC clone and the Bootstrap clone (when switched) have the lines
