Sort Order on Brand Page

Is it possible to have the Sort Order Filter to display product in dated added order (new to old) on Brand Page only?

I see in admin you can specify for all product, new product....by specifying it in Configuration - > Product Listing -> Sort order Default

None of these applies top Brand Page only and the Sort Order Default Product Listing changes it for all pages.

Hi, it would require code changes to remove the sort order from the regular listings and keep it for the brand only. Or create a new sort order code specifically for the brand page.
