Thank you to all who responded.
I can't do things in a database. I asked a friend who is more tech savvy than me, he wasn't game to have a go.
I will do a fresh install and add everything back by hand manually. I know I will lose my members, past orders, best sellers and so on. It's either do it that way, the slow way, or close my little hobby shop that has been online since 2003. I don't want to close it, it's my hobby and I'm 67 years old. I've only got about 1,000 products, so that's not to much to do manually.
Thanks again!

From a strictly technical perspective, that symptom means that something in the normal upgrade from 1.5.8 to 2.0.0 didn't apply correctly, so the "detector" that's looking for those fingerprints is saying that the 2.0.0 step still needs to be run.
It's possible that "most" of it ran fine.
But sometimes large tables might have taken extra long to get updated correctly.
Best first step is to inspect the "upgrade_exceptions" table in your database for the latest messages in there. Some will be benign ("we skipped this step because it's already done"), but some will indicate failures. Usually those same failures will also be documented in your /logs directory as zcInstall-debug-*.log and will contain a MySQL or PHP error message.
If you post that message here we can probably help you sort it out easily.
If you're technically savvy, you could explore those log messages in conjunction with the actual SQL statements in the /zc_install/sql/updates/mysql_upgrade_zencart_200.sql file to find and re-run (phpmyadmin) the failing statements ... and probably all the statements after the one that failed.
Note that manually running those statements requires manually inserting your DB_PREFIX value in front of every tablename. (DB_PREFIX is set in your /includes/configure.php file), and that can be cumbersome. So if you can fix the failing statement that the logs are showing, then you can rerun zc_install to get it to do the 2.0.0 step again, and it'll continue on after the step that you fixed.
