Add new release for Direct Bank Deposit v2.1.3 gives error message.

When attempting to Add New Release for DIrect Bank Deposit v2.1.3 the following message is displayed in red.
"Existing encapsulated releases for this plugin do not resolve to one canonical install root. Repair the earlier archives before adding another encapsulated release."

As an aside, none of the formatting buttons nor the preview button are working.

OK, posting this to answer my own question and for future reference regarding the error message.

I am assuming the system requires the zc_plugins folder at the root of the plugin release with options below it rather then bundling the six plugin options (AU, CA, NZ, UK,USA, ZA) at the root of the zip file with zc_plugins embedded below each option.

I have restructured the folder structure for release v 2.1.2a for resubmission / reloading.
How do I resubmit the new file ?
