Rich text editor for posts and messages

The big one. Every composer, thread replies, new threads, post edits, private messages and your signature — now has a rich text editor with a formatting toolbar and live preview, instead of typing raw markup.

• Bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, super/subscript, highlight; headings, bullet/numbered lists, quotes, alignment and indent; inline code, code blocks, spoilers, dividers; text colour, size and font; links, email links, images and video.
• Syntax-highlighted code blocks, choose a language (PHP, JavaScript, SQL, CSS, HTML, Bash, JSON, YAML, Markdown, diff) and it's colourised both as you type and in the posted result.
• The Image button uploads a file, and you can drag-and-drop or paste an image straight into the editor.
• Your choice: Profile → Settings has a "Post editor" preference (rich text or plain Markdown), and every composer has a "Rich text editor" checkbox to switch just for that post.
• The classic Markdown toolbar and the rich toolbar now carry exactly the same set of buttons in the same order, so switching between them doesn't move things around.
• Fixes along the way: "Reply with Quote" now drops the quote into the rich editor, bullet/numbered lists render properly inside quotes, and the toolbar buttons reflect the active formatting correctly.

Plugin submission - support thread picker

When submitting a plugin, the "Forum Support Thread" step is now a three-way choice:

• Link an existing thread type to search; the list is scoped to the actual plugin support forums.
• Paste a link paste a thread URL; it's checked to be a support thread on this forum that you can view.
• Create a new thread, as before, but you can now edit the title (it defaults to the plugin name).

Smaller items

• Members search has an "exact match" option. search kim and get only the member called kim, not everyone whose name contains it.
• Your avatar shows a badge with the number of unread private messages.
• Staff can create a thread already locked from the new-thread form.
