1.57d to 2.1
MariaDB 10.6.28
PHP 7.4
If I update my PHP version to 8.0 and suppress logging duplicate-language definitions, does moving from 1.57d to 2.1 make sense for an in-place upgrade?
Or should I be moving to a different version?
Also, i found this in a different post where the user was moving to v2.2. Would this be true of 2.1 as well?
The upgrade does NOT convert your tables to utf8mb4. Your copied tables are still utf8 (utf8mb3), while a fresh 2.2.2 configure.php says DB_CHARSET = 'utf8mb4'
