NICE new Look but how do we...

Private mesage a member? i emailed someone before they changed it and I have no idea how to PM someone. I tried and it says I need to turn it on, Went into my profile but dont see any options.

PS Why is all the private message sent to off? I cant send someone a PM unless they turn it on. They may not be aware of it.

It was impossible to set the migrated accounts to ON by default.
