The Contact Us form...doesn't!

The Contact Us form...doesn't!

Users complain (rightly so) that they can fill out my Contact Us form, submit and nothing happens.

I can get email for [NEW ACCOUNT], [NEW ORDER], and several other message types. Any ideas?

What version of Zen Cart are you using? What type of server? What version of php?

Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

Are you using a single email address or the dropdown?

How do you have this configured?

In the Email settings ...

You have an Email Address set for Contact Us ... what did you type there?

OK, I used the format Name <email address> and it worked. Before I had just email address (not enclosed within <>).

I guess that was it.
