Border on mainpage

I have searched everywhere and i have looked all in the stylesheet and changed about every place where there is a border and the border surrounding the mainpage table will not go away. if you look at my site
https://www.shopjackiesjewels.com
there is a border on the left side of the mainpage table and there isnt a border anywhere else.
PLEASE how do i get rid of it?

Re: Border on mainpage

In your stylesheet_new.css find the following:

#navColumnOne {
padding: 0.5em;
border-left: 1px solid #cccccc;
}

and remove the border-left: 1px solid #cccccc;

Re: Border on mainpage

I have

#navColumnOne {
padding: 0.5em;
border-left: 3px solid #4C4343;
}
#navColumnTwo {
padding: 0.5em;
border-right: 3px solid #4C4343;
}

on https://www.trendybabyboutique.com/boutique

It shows the left border but not the right...Any ideas why?

Does anybody know how to make that portion of the CSS work? Instead of using the "Nav" codes on the "stylesheet_new.css"? I mainly want to accomplish a border on the top of my main content and I know if I could get the code above to work all I would have to do is add "border-top: etc..." to it and I could make it work....Unless somebody knows how to accomplish the same thing in the "stylesheet_new.css"?

Re: Border on mainpage

You can't "push" anything to work from the stylesheet. Only definitions that are called for in the php files have any effect.

If you view source on the page you want to modify, you should be able to find what classes or id's are called at the beginning of the section in question. Then apply your edits to those, whichever css file they are in.
