Shipping Modules for South Africa

Hi everybody

Forums's looking good - but still not used to the new layout.

I've modified the table method shipping module and given it headings for the South African Post Office.

The script still needs to be modified slightly to read "Enable Door Method" and "Enable Counter Method", when in Admin>Modules>Shipping, but I can't work it out.

The module works exactly the same way as the Table Method, but displays SA Post Office in the Checkout shipping page of the shopping cart with the 2 options as different modules.

Where do I upload the folder for testing - it's working fine on my site

I have looked at your site as I also do telescopes. They're not featured at the moment, but will be when I have done the research needed to give all the technical info required.

You must optimise your images 25k for a small image is huge. Have a look at my site http://joburgonline.com and look here also: How do I add multiple images to a product?

Update:

I found a proggy on the net that helped me resize the images. They are now all around 2k.:thumbsup:

Busy creating the Medium and Large folders and images (I copied the original images into the "large" folder.

We should start a new thread - put your site up for reviews in that section b4 we're lambasted for being off topic

Did you ever get the SA Post Office Shipping Module going again? I use something in Oscommerce but have not found it for Zen-Cart. My Site is at at https://www.sasupplies.com

SQA Post office shipping modules are not neede, us the MZMT multi zone multi geo zone table, and work through it, using the tariff brochure from the sa post office.:smile:

Where does one get the Post Office Price list?
