1.301 Template override not working

Have just downloaded the latest version of Zen and have ftp'd up. Normally one of the first things I do after set up is create a unique template in includes/templates - I create a folder called say for example modern then I amned the template_info.php file to call the new template folder then I ftp this up to my new template folder called "modern" then I go to the backoffice and go to template selector and call my new template file.

However this is not working in 1.31

Completely and utterly stuck have used zen suince 1.26 with no problems at this stage.

No idea what I was doing wrong but just reinstalled an everything is fine...

Im having the same problem, i did a fresh install (1.3) and re-did the procedure for the overide except its not working 100% the pages i have in there, its only showing the navigation and title and not the content

Something is not right
