Shipping with table rate & % rate
How does one set up the shipping modules so there will be a table rate up to $200 and above $200 there is a 10% of product cost. I've tried setting up the table rate and % modules which look like they function properly but when it comes time to check out it gives the customer the option of one or another. The result here is the customer can sellect the table rate (which if over $200 will be at $0) therefore resulting in free shipping.
