I think I know what the error message means.
I think it means I zenmain_subscribers doesn't exist in my database. It's not there. How would I go about getting it in my database?

Only if you have an Add-on would this be there and I don't know what add-on you may be using ...

Your "Subscribe" box is NOT part of the stock, out-of-the-box installation of Zen Cart. That is an add-on, it is the problem.
