Using "One time charge" with attributes

Hello!

I would like to use the "One time charge"-option with product-attributes but I would like this to be NEGATIVE: in case this attribute is checked, the "One time charge" is distracted, independently from the productamount (in fact, "One time discount", might be a better name).

However, when putting a "-" in front of this field, in the shopping-cart the price-attribute is set to 0.00.

So my question: a negative "One time charge" is not possible or am I doing something wrong?

Please give me some advice on this! Highly appreciated!

If I read your post correctly, you want to apply a 'onetime' per order of a product discount.

i.e. and item is priced as $10.00 each; if a customer buys one they get say a $1.00 discount or $9.00, but if they order 10 they still get a $1.00 discount on the total or $99.00

To do this in your attributes area select the product that you want and edit: then insure where you might have entered a value to clear or set to 0.0000. Now at the far right there is an area for 'One Time Factor: Offset' 'with 2 blocks under it.

The first block or left block you enter the 1 time factor, this is not in dollars but is as a factor of the product price. In the above example the price is $10.00 and you want a $1.00 discount; this equates to a 0.9 factor. the offset is 1.000.

So you would enter 0.9000 and 1.000 and update.
