Bring Up

Hi, I have removed the bit at the top of zen cart but i have a little problem, where the navigation bit it below the picture, there is a big gap between the links and the picture.
I only have one categories called test, thats what i want to bring up, the categories section at the top of the page.

I know I might not explained it that well, so you can browse it by visiting this link...
