Spacing the New items shown

On any given product information page, Where it displays the items I have the new products listed under each subcategory, How do I create a space for that page? It is too close to the subcategory list. What php file is it?

Either do a View Source or peek at the CSS info via FireFox and find the classes used for the rows ...

Add more padding, spacing, air or what have you ...
