Adding to customers cart from admin?

I need to figure out how to add somthing to a customers saved cart from the admin.
That way, I create a account, add somthing to the cart, then when the user adds buys somthing again I can still add somthing to the cart after they change their pw.

When the mod downloads get up and running again there is a edit order module download.
I've found it to be pretty good.
