Howto: Change the date a product was added to catalog?

I am trying to find out how to change the date a product was added to my catalog, any easy way to do it?

I don't know of any way of doing this from within Zen Cart, so you would have to go directly to the database using a tool such as phpMyAdmin which happily is not too difficult once you get used to it.
