i have an order for 169.95 and the tax in FL is 6.5% and it should be 11.04 for tax. yet its only charging only 75 cents. what's up with that?

here's the basic text from the invoice:

Total (inc)
$169.95
$169.95 <-- Sub-Total
$12.40 <-- shipping
$0.74 <-- TAX 6.0%?
$183.09 <-- Total

lastly, how do i do sales tax for everyone? i think we have to do it for everyone but i want to be able to set it globally anyways

Globally tax? I don't think so ... Suggest you talk to your local taxing authority.
