Hi, I'm thinking of adding live chat to my site and I was wondering what you guys think is the best free script for this Crafty Syntax Live Help, Help Center Live, or other?

Thanks.

We have installed a lot of both - and like both. HCL is far slicker and has a Trouble Ticket system and you can purchase tech support for a rather modest fee. But Eric Gerdes of Crafty brings out a lot of new functionality over the year.
