Remove categories heading under main logo

Hi how do i remove or disable these categories headings under my main logo, my website is at http://thecheapzone.co.uk/ many thanks

Those are the Category Tabs ...

These are controlled in the Layout Settings down near the bottom ...

Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF
Categories-Tabs

0= Hide Categories Tabs
1= Show Categories Tabs
