DO NOT display multiple images
Is there a way to turn off the Displaying of Multiple Images on the Product Info page using Admin?
If not, is an override the suggested method?
thanks

Multiple (additional) images will display if they start with the same name as the main product image for example if the main image is called product.jpg then anything called product1.jpg, product2.jpg etc will be shown. You should therefore make sure that all product images have unique names.

If you are in v1.3.x ...
Catalog ... Product Type ... Edit Layout ...
Show Product Additional Images
Display Additional Images on Product Info 0= off 1= on

Hi,
I have found and checked that display additional images is set to on in admin, I have uploaded additional images starting with the same name ie "buzz.jpg", "buzz_1.jpg" etc but the additional images are not showing. It's clear I have missed something, any ideas?
Thanks

Have you an URL to a Product that you think you have setup with multiple images?

Thanks for the offer to have a look, I have managed to get it working now. It was my error, I cleared all the images and started again making sure i named all the files correctly and it works now. Must have been tired, forgot how boring data entry can be

What folder are you uploading the additional images to, to get them to display? I'm confused. I am going into the product listing, telling it "no" do not Overwrite Existing Image, but it is replacing it anyway.
