i have a customer that wants a wish list installed. how do i do this?

Thread above, with a download file, at above url. NOT sure this mod has been
converted to ZenCart 1.3* though, probably best to read whole thread.

that didn't really help...i need some step by step instructions. i have tried uploading the files and nothing is coming up the admin...can someone please help?!!?!?
