Category ID

How do you get the Master Category ID back to 1.

For example, I made 10 categories, deleted them and made a new category. It now starts at 11. How do i get this back to 1?

Sorry about that. I just need to know so that I could add products without worrying that I have to delete them in order to get it back to 1.
