Sending once ... receiving more

I am sending weekly an email to all our subscribers, regarding some annoucements. The BIG - HUGE - NAUGHTY problem is that the subscribers are receiving the email at least twice. That means our email are automatically included in the spam zone of their server and not delivered.

What should I do to correct the problem?

Thanks a lot!

Re: Sending once ... receiving more

I've not seen this happen. I have no idea what would cause that.

If you send to just one user, do you get duplicates?
