Add VAT to already existing Folder ?

ok how I can add vat to already existing folder with 300 products ?
any ideas ?
If I decide to do It manually ONE BY ONE I will need a lot of time

Hi I've installed Easy Populate, went to Tools > Easy Populate but I'm still totally lost. How do I simply edit all my existing products to set their Tax Rates? I was able to do them individually but how can I do all at the same time? Could you elaborate more on this? THank you so much
