How to resend order confirmation email?

Hi,

For some reason Zen Cart usually sends out all my order confirmation emails just fine, but occasionally one gets missed, and for that order, no order confirmation email goes out. I have checked, and it isn't getting considered to be spam, as I have the order confirmation emails going to multiple email boxes.

When I discover a missing one, I need to be able to regenerate the order confirmation email.

Is there an easy way to get ZenCart to do this? Has anyone else experienced missing OCEs?

Admin> Customers> Orders> find the order, click edit, then change the status and send

Thanks Kim, but I am after a way to resend the original order confirmation email. I did what you suggested but it just changes the status of the order (and does have the effect of generating an email) -- what I want to recreate is the original order email in its entirety.

You need Blindside's Email Archive Search :D

I installed it on ZenCart V1.3.0.2 and it came up without a hitch.

Will this work on version 1.3.8a?
Can you re-send the email without sending also to customer?

I'm running it on V1.3.8a but it so long ago I'm not 100% sure if I had to make any changes. I don't think I did.

All emails previously sent emails are listed so you choose which individual ones you want to send. Very handy mod. :smile:
