Deleting Items in Shopping Cart

Hey,
I have been fiddling around with my shopping cart software , testing things here and there and I realized that I can't adjust the quanity of an item in my shopping cart. I can't even delete them?

I have tried using the recycle (reset) button on the shopping cart and nothing seems to be working? What's wrong with it.

Never mind. I figured out how to fix it.

Just go to Config/ Stock and adjust the settings there.

I am having this same problem and no adjustments in Configuration > Stock seem to help. What change did you make?
