Product Name field need to be bigger

Can anyone let me know how to change the size of the product name and product model feild? I have some products that are very name name and model number and need to change this.

Use phpMyAdmin to modify the field lengths in the products/products_description tables

Where do I find the table? Can I use frontpgae or wheer do I get myPHPadmin ?

Most hosts normally provide phpMyAdmin from your server control panel.
