Shipping charge as a % of the total order amount

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to calculate the shipping charge as a percentage of the total amount of an order. Is there a module for this? Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks!

After a bit more searching, I see that there may be a module for this, but I am at a loss as to where I can download it from. Where is the 'Downloads' section of the site?

Unfortunately, this site was recently hacked, and the downloads section has not been restored as yet.

You can try to search this site for the mod by name as there are archives that may produce a lead to it.
