How to add live help option?
I would like to add a live help feature to my store(s). The button to access it needs to be propogated to every page so I am assuming it should be in a side box. But my question is how do I insert the code for the live help software? In my old store (html) it was easy, just put it where I want it. But now I can't figure out what to do.
Any thoughts?
