Display Category and Sub Category... old link doesnt work anymore

I am trying to show my Categories and Sub-Categories at the same time all the time and the search results are pointing to this thread

but its no longer valid... can someone point me in the right direction also can I bold the category titles all the time and not have to click them to be bolded

Did you peek in the Downloads at the top of your screen in the Sideboxes?

I do believe there are several flavors for the Categories Sidebox that might work the way you are asking for them ...

The thread author might indeed find some category sidebox downloads that could help. I'm still looking for that missing thread though because my issue is different and I think that thread could be helpful. Is it gone for good, lost in the migration to vBulletin?
