How and where to change the right & left box header color? by default they are in orange color.

Which category links? The category buttons below the header, those in the category sidebox or the ones on product pages?

If they are orange then you are not working with template default. Like everything else related to the look they are in the stylesheet ... look for tile_back

Thanks.I agree with Kim that you have probably defaulted to the Classic Template. Even so, the links can be converted to image links but how much work that would be would depend on whether you needed to actually have images for the buttons, which would mean re-writing some template code, or could achieve your desired effect with background images, which could be done relatively straightforwardly via the CSS in one of your stylesheets.
