Question About Removing Columns On Certain Pages Without Losing Boarder

hi i just had a quick question, i wanted to remove the right column on my product info page. i have figures out how to do this with the tpl_main_page.php file.

the only problem is that it removes the whole right side of my page meaning the the boarder and everything. I'm sure this can be fixed with css but I'm a newbie with that and i have no clue where to start or how to fix it.

or is there another way to remove the right column on only the product_info page that will leave the page intact.

if anyone has any ideas and willing to help it would be so appreciated.

thanks so much

Assuming you are using 1.3.x and the template_default as recommended:

You can create additional stylesheets for other pages namend in an alpha/numerical order as all sheets are loaded and processed in order and the inheritance rules will be applied

You can then include a different header image as a CSS background image called in the proper css file. You should find that this is very powerful since the CSS is also used in any page within a class of pages

Use the overrides for these pages to protect your edits.
