Reviews not limited to products
Our client does not receive reviews on individual products (he sells multiple types and ages of frozen rodents) but rather on the overall quality of service, speed of delivery, etc.
Is it possible to change the Reviews to not be associated with specific products, but instead to be more related to the company in general.
Also, is it possible to add reviews that the company has received in emails and letters without it looking like it is coming from the company owner as it would appear that he is making up compliments about his own store. When he adds the comments his customers mail in, it automatically lists him as the author.
