Forcing Category Preview Pics to Top

I am trying to work out the last little layout issues with my site. I want to force the category preview pics to the top of the main page rather than have them display under the html box. I looked through the forum and achives and was unable to find a solution. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Lindsey

When you say to the top do you mean above your header?
Or are you refering to another 'top'?
