Cant get linux server address out of URL

Alright, well iv been working on http://www.tooltowntools.com , and i have the URL pointed at my linux server. http://linux7.comprotech.com (my own linux box and server) http://www.tooltowntools.com works fine and all, but whenever you click on a link on the homepage, it brings you to linux7. Iv changed the config files all to tooltowntools.com from linux7, but its still not working. What else do i have to change? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
