email confirmation

Can someone offer some help please, I have replaced header.jpg and set email options to html, and when a customer places an order they receive a text only confirmation, and I recieve the lovely html confirmation with my logo, I would prefer it to be the other way round or both email confirmations in html, a bit stuck on this one! thanks, Rod

Did your customer sign up for HTML or TEXT based emails, when they created the accounts? In the admin, are HTML emails enabled - I guess so...
