Is there a link somewhere like this one for the 1.31 cart?

Don't know about that.... but if all you want to see on a page is the layout, tables, rows, cells, divisions, classes and class properties names etc in the HTML output then use firefox and get the "web developer toolbar" extension.

There is an equivilant for Internet explorer too with a similar name.
