perweightunit with multiple zones????

Is their a mod that can make the perweightunit shipping method have multiple zones? I just need to have different costs set for UK, EU and Rest of World.

I think that the 'Zones" module will allow a table of weight&price to be created by zones.

If you need the per product shipping, but need to base this on zones ... you can clone this Shipping Module for each zone you need to create ...

Not sure if I'm in the right place, but here goes.

what is the difference between table rate and zone rate? I need to modifying one of these for freight shipping.

we are using UPS xml, but for large shipments greater than 200lb we prefer a trucking line. I need to use weight range, and assign shipping cost, markup, and handling fees. I also need the shipping cost at checkout to prorate the cost based on the actual weight of items in the cart.

also, if freight shipping is chosen by the customer, I need 3 options added with check boxes. I also need to ensure that US customers are changed a hidden customs fee.

Is this possible? any hint as to how to proceed?
