Automated Commision Script

I'm not quite sure if that's the correct title for what I mean, but it's the best I have come up with. Now, I am planning on selling other people's stuff through my store, taking a little commission from their sales each month. I am happy to tally this up myself, after all, I have nothing better to do! However, I am sure many people would like a script such as this. Here is how I envision it working;
Customer buys item X, which is made by Bob, and costs $40.
**The server goes **
'ping! Someone bought X which costs $40. Bob_Sales+$40.'

**At the end of each month, or a specified time period, the server then goes **
'ping! Bob_Sales is $500. Commission_level is 10%. 10% of bob_sales is $50 so commission=$50. bob_sales-commission=$450. Sending $450 to Bob's paypal/credit account.'

Hopefully that makes sense. I'd really like to see this feature, but I don't have the Zen-Knowledge, the concentration, or the wish to do it myself (read - adhd and lazy.). :blush:
