Links Manager 1.5 problem

Hi folks,

Thought I would ask first before I attempt to hack at the php for this mod! LOL.
I have the latest version of Zencart, and have installed Links Manager 1.5 which I have had since 1.27. SInce the upgrade, whenever I go to a link category, I get the following message:-

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/thegemtr/public_html/includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_index_default.php on line 39

Digging into the tpl_index_default.php, this is what I come across on line 39:-

<div id="indexDefaultMainContent" class="content"><?php require($define_page); ?></div>

I was wondering if this exclusive to my site, or is it apparent on anyone elses?

I'm having a similar problem but different error message. I'm running 1.3.0.1 with a clean install of Links Mananger 1.5.

When I click a link category in the sidebox I get the following error

The requested URL /catalog/links.html&lPath=2 was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 302 Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

However, if I click on the View All Links in the sidebox, I can open the link categories from there with no problems.

Another issue I'm having is that it will not show a dropdown in the sidebox. I've set the 'links list' setting to both 1 and 0 with no luck.
