Can't find where to change this header

When the shopping cart is empty, it shows "New Products for June" underneath the statement Your Shopping Cart is Empty. I need to change the font color to white or not have the "New Products" show up at all (I figured out how to change it so this doesn't show up on other pages since I can't find where to change the font color, but can't seem to find where to change it for the empty cart page).

The url is https://www.sssoaps.com/shop You'll see what I mean if you click on the shopping cart [more] link on the right side.

Thanks!

Andrea

As always Clyde, you came to my rescue. Thank you so much! I think I'm getting ready to go live with the cart (of course once I'm done uploading products!). You've helped so much.
