IP address banning

I thought there was a way to ban certain IP addresses from using our zen cart but I can't find the information.

Just a FYI, the search engine here would not allow me to search on ban IP address, so it just searched on address :-(

Any assistance is appreciated.

The problem is, even by banning the user in a most efficient way, there's no way to tell how / when these users would come back from other server locations. :mellow:
