Customize checkout email with category

Hello,

since I've search and didn't find, I'm asking the question :
how to customize the order confirmation email so that it shows the category of a product ?

I explain, I'm setting up a zen-cart shop for a pizza seller, since the pizzas are available in three sizes, and have many toppings, I've created a Pizza Category, a sub-category for each size and then each sub category contains the same pizza (same name, different prices).

With this setup, the order confirmation email only shows the pizza name so it's impossible to know from wich category comes the pizza. Even looking the price it's impossible because of the toppings wich are about 20 wich I set up as attributes.

I've found that the email seems to be build in
/catalog/includes/languages/english/checkout_process.php and checkout_confirmation.php

but these files don't show the details of the email, and I even don't know how to change the syntax so that I can get the category to know the size of the ordered pizza.

Ok I'm seeing a kind of solution but I still have a problem :

I could make one category for pizzas and no sub categories for sizes but an attribute(small, medium,large), but the problem is that I do not know how to make that the toppings (wich is a second attribute) price change if the size (first attribute) changes ?

Can somone help me ?

Sorry, there is not currently a way to make an attribute dependent on another attribute. It could be done with some custom programming (maybe a lot!)

A thought relative to your original proposal: If you give each pizza product a model number that shows which category/size it is in, can you see the model number in the e-mail? I haven't done anything with e-mails yet so I don't know.
