Table Shipping Clone not working

I am trying to set up another shipping table. I copied both table.php's and renamed all of the "table" and "TABLE" to "table1day" and "TABLE1DAY" in both files then uploaded but when I go to the shipping modules in Admin, I get the following error:

1146 Table 'fleecefa_fleecestore.TABLE1DAY_CONFIGURATION' doesn't exist
in:
[select configuration_value from TABLE1DAY_CONFIGURATION where configuration_key = 'MODULE_SHIPPING_TABLE1DAY_STATUS']

One of the other threads said that the new module needs to be installed. Is this the problem? If so, how do I install?

You have errors in the translation you did in cloning ...

You may wish to look at the MZMT Shipping Module by dreamscape which has built in a very good relationship between zones and tables where you can customize the text of each Shipping Method so that it reads the way you would like it to appear for the customer ...
