I am getting a wierd error when trying to enter new products

NOTE: Master Category is used for pricing purposes where the
product category affects the pricing on linked products, example: Sales

*Category is Disabled *Product is Disabled

I just started getting this error. I can modify and old item but cannot enter a new one. Below is the erro I am getting. I have tried looking for where I can Enable teh Category and Product but I must be blind.

I just upgraded to the newest version. I was having this issue last night before I upgraded. I backed up my database then uploaded it back.

Aso, my friend can enter products from her pc but mine won't let me. She is in another state.
