why can't I get to my admin login page?!

I had been adding products to my store. My store has been up and running for a couple of months now, and suddenly a few days ago I was unable to get to the admin login page. I enter the url http://ashscraps.com/ashscrapsshoppe/admin and it just never comes up. I am still able to view my store, customers have been making purchases but I desperately need to add more products and I can't! Does anyone know whats up?

If you have FTP I would look to see if the admin directory is there and for certian files like admin/includes/configure.php.

As I recall if that file is there make a copy of it to your pc where you can find it then you can do the following.

If you have the ZenCart distribution files that you installed still or at least recall the "EXACT" version you can FTP the complete admin folder to your host to it's location. Replace the configure.php file that you copied earlier to its location and then you have ruled out that there are corrupt files there.

If you can not recall the exact version do not try just any, wait as there will probably be another that can assist with determining the version.

Try this and if it works....start backing up your store weekly at least.

From what I am seeing ... Kobra is on the right track and the configure.php files are not set right ...

Could you post, from the server, the two files:

/includes/configure.php

/admin/includes/configure.php

without your username and password?
