Can't log into admin

I keep getting this message whenever I try and log into the admin area

I did change a file name but it got changed back right away, also in the faq it says that in order for a store to become live you have to submit it, but I can't seem to find the folder for that anywhere is it still nessecary?

Your file structure has GOT to be part of the problem UNLESS you have made some major changes to the default directory structure.
In one post, it's admin/zen-cart/admin another is admin/zen-cart:eek:

Your problem is still the same directory structure problem it was then.
