timezone manual update

I was wondering where in the code do I need to change so I can set the all times (purchased date etc) to my timezone in Australia.

I know there is easy way to change the timezone in version 1.3 but I have the old version and I have made modifications to the code myself so I can't upgrade to 1.3 by just copying the changed files as it may overwrite my changes unfortunately
